What impudence!” Sethji shouted each word in disgust at the grimy fruit vendor. “Please give him the money, Shetji,” the rest of the compartment said. “Acha, here are four annas for you, porter, and an anna for you, fruit vendor! Shetji said. “But I carried two big pieces of luggage, the porter wailed. “Go! Go! Crook!” Sethji thundered at the protesting porter. The porter left. Processing of Apple Juice
Apple juice is a delicious and healthy beverage that can be easily prepared through a step-by-step process. At first, fresh apples are bought from the market. Next, they are sorted carefully to identify and remove any rotten or damaged ones. After sorting, the good apples are thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces. These pieces are then placed into a large container and boiled with water until they become soft.
Following this, sugar and food-safe preservative chemicals are mixed into the boiled pulp to add flavor and extend its shelf life. The prepared juice is then carefully poured into clean, sterilized bottles. Immediately after filling, the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent contamination. Next, attractive labels are pasted onto the bottles. Finally, the finished products are packed and dispatched to the market for sale to eager customers.
