(Father’s Help)
Lying in bed, Swami realized with a shudder that it was Monday morning. It looked as though only a moment ago it was Friday. Already
Monday was here. He hoped he didn’t have to go to school.
At nine o’clock, Swaminathan wailed, “I have a headache.”
Mother generously suggested that Swami might stay at home. At 9.30, when he ought to have been in the school prayer hall, Swami was
lying on the bench in Mother’s room.
Father asked him, “Have you no school today?”
“Headache,” Swami replied.
“Nonsense! Dress up and go.”
“Headache!”
“Loaf about less on Sundays and you will be without a headache on Monday.”
Swami knew how strict his father could be. So he changed his tactics. “I can’t go so late to the class.”
“You’ll have to. It is your own fault.” “What will the teacher think if I go so late “Tell him you had a headache and so are late.”
“He will scold me if I say so.”

Berhampore : A woman was badly wounded at Hunkahara village on Thursday when a man cut up her face with a sharp knife. After preliminary treatment at Sadikhanrdia block hospital, she was shifted to Murshidabad Medical College Hospital. Cops have detained one, but no one has been arrested yet.
Hasina Banu went to a mango orchard with her goats in the afternoon when she came under attack. Hasina received injuries to her head, lips and cheek, and a portion of her tongue was also allegedly chopped. The motive behind the brutal attack is still unclear. Hasina’s brother-in-law Mukesh lodged a complaint against unknown person for trying to kill her.
Police detained Mohibul Saikh, the owner of the land for interrogatian. Mohibul reportedly found Hasina first and took her to a local quack.
Rochi Saikh, Hasina’s brother, said, “My sister couldn’t identify the miscreant since he attacked her from behind.”
However, a doctor said, “The patient and her relatives are trying to hide something. It’s clear that she was attacked from the front and the attacker was obviously known to her.”
Police said they were investigating every possibility.

This plan is then submitted to the local gram panchayat or municipality for approval and sanction. After the plan is approved, masons and labourers are engaged to carry out the work. The construction starts with laying the foundation and building the structure using bricks, cement, and sand. Once the main structure is ready, doors and windows are fitted into place. The walls are then plastered smoothly, and electrical wiring is installed. Electric and water connections are provided to make the building functional. Finally, the building is painted and given finishing touches. After all the work is completed, the building becomes ready and fit for living.
